What we Offer?

Gene Financial Advisory Services (GEFAS) Limited, a private company, commenced business in July 2002 as Banking, Finance and Management Consultants. We offer mainly regulatory consultancy/training services, which are aimed at increasing productivity and enhancing the effectiveness of bank workers, acquiring quality service attitudes and developing skills in financial institutions’ operations. Partners include Ex-Central Bank of Nigeria Examiners/Supervisors with cognate experience in bank examination/supervision and restructuring, professional Accountants, lawyers and marketers as well as chartered bankers with relevant experience in the financial services industry.

We offer assistance where a new financial institution is to be established and in situations that require highly specialized skills, or experience (staff recruitment and training, contingency planning and crafting of regulatory policy documents (operation manuals); or where second opinion is required (e.g., regulatory compliance or special investigations (audit).
